Our Process
Apply.
Apply through our application portal. We select based on unique qualifiers from each application. If selected we will reach out to initiate the next steps and engage. Our goal is to build flagship spaces in each community selected. We are searching for lots/land/homes or businesses!
Build it.
When selected we will identify properties for our initial investment, typically we favor largescale unique buildings (We love a cool building!) and will begin the processes of purchase and conversion. In most communities we target building pop up spaces to promote local businesses or building modular homes to assist in eradicating the housing crisis.
Grow it.
When we come to town, we stay! Currently based in PDX we are looking to spread our roots. Currently accepting new applications, looking forward to development in your area!
Meet the Founder
Jessica Cresanti is a leader in the Future of Work & Real Estate Development. Passionate about reinvesting in Americas underserved communities. From designing, and implementing critical COVID infrastructure, redevelopment of the modern office workplace environment and reimagining and preserving historic structures. She has worked with top companies such as Google and Amazon as well as working with the National Parks Service, she is applying these experiences here with Lilypad Capital.
